Connact Networks designs and delivers private, branded member networks that institutions own. Members find each other, meet in open communities and private circles, and stay connected all year. Each network is designed, branded and deployed as a separate product for one institution, on a shared foundation that Connact keeps current.

Most fit one of four models: year-round event and summit networks, government and expert collaboration, professional and membership communities, and innovation and challenge ecosystems. Alumni and leadership networks and partner or customer ecosystems are built in the same way.

Verification sits underneath: credentials and participation are recorded as dated facts that someone outside the network can check, so members can rely on who they are dealing with.

No. Connact Networks is a productised enterprise service. We bring a reusable foundation, then design, integrate, brand and deploy a distinct product for your institution. There is no signup, no tenant and no template gallery.

Those are subscription products: each customer sets up a community inside a platform the vendor hosts for many customers. Connact Networks delivers a separately named product for one institution. It is designed around that institution’s members and governance, integrated with its own CRM and identity systems, licensed for the whole institution rather than per seat, and can be deployed in the institution’s own cloud or country. Full data export is included at no cost.

A build from zero spends most of its budget recreating what every network needs: profiles, a directory, communities, messaging, credentials and an operations console. Connact Networks starts from a foundation where these already exist, each labelled with its delivery state on the platform page, and spends the programme on what is specific to your institution.

No. The event app runs the event. The network keeps participants, speakers, partners and knowledge connected between editions, and connects to your registration, accreditation and event systems.

It stays. The website informs the world, the network activates the community, and the CRM verifies the relationship. We do not duplicate your public site. We convert its visitors into identified, governed participation.

You do. The institution owns its product direction, brand, data and governance. Deployment model, data flows and operational responsibilities are agreed during discovery and written down before delivery begins.

Yes. Connact-managed cloud, your own cloud or private environment, and in-country residency are all supported deployment models. The complete system, application, database, search, storage and media, deploys as containers into your environment, under your own keys and network perimeter.

Yes. Full export is available at any time, at no cost, and this is written into the contract. Your data lives in your own PostgreSQL instance, so it stays portable.

The member decides, item by item: public, link only, or available on request. The institution sets the rules for eligibility, access, moderation and publishing, and the member controls how far their own information is disclosed within those rules.

Through OpenAPI-documented REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, event webhooks and a TypeScript SDK. Your CRM or membership system stays authoritative for eligibility and records; the network receives or verifies only the signals you approve.

.NET 8 on Linux containers, React with server-side rendering, PostgreSQL, a self-hosted search engine, S3-compatible object storage and Redis. Identity uses OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Integration uses OpenAPI-documented REST APIs, webhooks and a TypeScript SDK.

The network is delivered for the web as standard. Native iOS and Android apps are an optional part of delivery, built from one shared React Native codebase and published under your institution’s own developer accounts.

Yes. Layout, typography and bilingual information architecture are designed in from discovery, not added afterward. Right-to-left affects the whole product, which is why it has to be a decision made early.

Because the right network model depends on member journeys, governance, existing systems, hosting constraints and how success will be measured. Discovery makes those decisions explicit before anyone commits to delivery. You keep the prototype, scope, roadmap and investment range whether or not we build it.

Discovery is a fixed fee. Design and delivery are quoted as a programme once discovery has defined the scope. Ongoing cost is an annual institution-wide licence plus an evolution retainer, never per seat, so the network does not get more expensive because it succeeded. We share indicative ranges in the first conversation.

No. The licence is annual and covers the whole institution, so the network does not become more expensive as more members join.

No, and there is no self-signup. Paid discovery takes the place of a trial. It produces a working prototype, a prioritised scope, a roadmap and an investment range, and you keep all of it whether or not we go on to build the network.
