Professional and membership communitiesMake membership worth more than a row in a database.
Give members a professional identity and peer network worth renewing for.
What happens without a network
The membership system knows who is eligible. It rarely creates a compelling place for professional identity, contribution, recognition and peer discovery, so members renew out of obligation rather than value.
The network model. The authoritative membership record stays exactly where it is. A branded network activates identity, communities, knowledge, credentials and relationships around it, and turns membership itself into a dated, checkable fact rather than an unverifiable claim.
Member experience
- Claim and enrich a professional profile
- Find peers and expertise
- Join relevant communities
- Receive and verify recognition
Operator experience
- Import and manage rosters
- Review profile claims
- Issue credentials
- Curate member content and access
Integrations
- Membership management system
- CRM
- Learning systems
- Public website and CMS
Outcomes measured
- Stronger member identity
- Peer discovery
- Recognised contribution
- Renewal driven by value
Money can buy membership. It cannot buy competence. The data model keeps those two facts apart, not just the policy.
Common questions about this model
How does it integrate with our CRM, CMS and identity provider?
Through OpenAPI-documented REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, event webhooks and a TypeScript SDK. Your CRM or membership system stays authoritative for eligibility and records; the network receives or verifies only the signals you approve.
Is it priced per member?
No. The licence is annual and covers the whole institution, so the network does not become more expensive as more members join.
Who decides what a member’s profile shows?
The member decides, item by item: public, link only, or available on request. The institution sets the rules for eligibility, access, moderation and publishing, and the member controls how far their own information is disclosed within those rules.
Three other models on the same foundation
Year-round event and summit networks
Keep the people, knowledge and momentum from your event alive all year, not just during it.
Government and expert collaboration
Give experts and officials one trusted place to work together across programmes and administrations.
Innovation and challenge ecosystems
Carry ideas, people and evidence from one cohort into the next instead of starting over.

Tell us about the institution, its members and the systems the network has to connect to. If this model fits, the next step is a fixed-fee discovery engagement.
